Both the Iron King and Silver King have the same yet different goal. The Silver King does not really want to be the emperor, but want the empire to move forward, and become peaceful and prosperous. What will happen if she knew that the Iron King is aiming for that as well, or even better? If it's for the betterment of the empire, I really think she will agree to it. I just hope they can actually talk it out and made the Silver King realise that her goals can be achieved this way.
