And I can't stop laughing at how obvious the illustrator made the main characters more beautifully drawn while the others are just others. You can easily know who's important and who's not like those in anime, the ones with colored hair are the important characters while those with black, brown or even faceless are just background

I feel like the Uncle is depressed... Just from the fact that he envies(?) his nephew and wonder what color he is, from the words on his journal.. It's like he finally snapped and tripped on the cliff.
Many people aren't even aware that they're depressed, many smiley, happy people are all depressed inside. Hope everyone out there will all be okay, if you ever find out you're ever feeling not like yourself or depressed or something just seek help. Maybe not everyone will understand you but someone will, just don't give up on yourself.
