From chapter 1 this female mc has been planning to leave the Duchy for so long but like a rubber-band, she keeps hovering around it. She has fucking gold, she could've vanished anytime before her father discovered her magic. But she hangs around like a bad plot waiting to happen! I am just tired of this manga

After I completed reading this manga, I went away loving Byul & surprisingly, for me the best couple for Kyunsoo & Chowon.
The main couple irritated me
My issue with Hyesung!
1. Yes he had childhood trauma
2. Yes he got SA'ed
3. Yes he didn't want to be pregnant.
4. Yes he had the choice to get the baby aborted (2 times--car scene with ml & also heesoowas willing to fund the abortion. The 2nd scene was passed off as a joke. But It wasn't. He had the choice & chose to carry the baby to term! )
5. Yes Hyesung did not have to take care of Baby
Byul after he was born.
6. Hyesung is also the one who split & ran!
7. Hyesung is also the one who blames ml of abandoning the baby when he is the one who did it! (Made worse by Heesoo's lies.)
8. Hysung still would want to run away abroad than take care of baby!
Let's not romanticise anyone here!
I am so conflicted by this manga!
1. Hyesung pregnant in the middle of nowhere but like I was expecting that they didn't use the protection that one time!
2. Dojin helped him with his heat cycle but also raped him that one time when he didn't want to do it!
3. Heesoo, that irritating 3rd wheel who was just an unnecessary mosquito !
4. Hyesung was given the choice to abort the baby (the car scene when ml finally admitted that it's the mother's choice)
5. Hyesung eventually decided to keep the baby, used the father for the money in the world.
6.Hyseung absolutely unprepared for his motherhood. His untreated childhood trauma also part of this tragedy!

Chapter 39-40 was like a build-up just for the Basilian family to show their coordinated clothing??? That was the lamest move ever!
1. The mc pretends to be weak so that his teammates can become stronger. I can get behind this logic. But the way the author & artist has designed this manga in a way where he comes across as just "someone superfluous"!
