I love these two so much and I don't want their side story to end. It's so sweet, fun and refreshing. They truly are the highlight of my week. I actually love them more than the original main couple. I like the history between them. It gives a sense of authenticity to their romance. It makes it so deep and pure. One of my favorite line ever was what Dojin was thinking but couldn't vocalize while admiring Taeju's face (Ch.80). He thought: "I keep forgetting to breath"

The line about Mokhwa's time in prison was pretty shocking. It's so sad and terrible. That big baby has suffered way too much. I am glad Nakwon personality has turned 180 degrees even tho we lost a bit of his fierce and sharp traits from S1.
That's a masterpiece right here. If you combine the top BLs of similar genre (thriller, psychological, romance and underground world), you'll get Wet Sand. It really has vibes from Walk On Water, Under The Green Light, and Shutline.
I am not a fan of triangles but I'll trust the author with this one. I keep changing my mind about the end game couple so I decided to let go and see what happens. At this point I feel like both TJ and Jo deserve to be with someone else. Ian is a tormented soul. Maybe he'll end up leaving them both at the end and that would be the best outcome possible idk lol

I still don't know where this is going. Since the start of S2 all they do is f*cking. The plot is not evolving so I am guessing this story is gonna be dragged for several seasons maybe. The art is gorgeous so I am not complaining but still, I can forsee the seme falling deeply for his young lover but the opposite won't happen imo. How can this poor uke fall for the monster who killed his family? Will there be a plot twist showing his family were actually traitors and deserved to be killed? Will that appease him somehow? Even so, I still can't see him truly falling for the seme. I am expecting constant angst in this BL with a tragic ending. Maybe the seme losing his life trying to save/protect the uke?
IDK webtoon creators write storylines where characters fall in love with their rapists/kidnappers/murdering maniacs all the time, unfortunately.
I think the creator is playing the long game with this one. They foregrounded the politics and revenge and now it's about deeping the one on one relationship before, I assume, they blow it up again. It's fucking but the dynamic between them has and continues to change--it's not the same as when they started. I get why some find it slow tho! For once, I don't mind lol.
I live for the moment the seme will fall head over heels for the uke. We're getting there slowly. He already can't be away from him for too long and I like that he didn't mess around with other guys since taking the uke in his room. I want to see him taking care of him and becoming even more addicted to his presence. I want him to redeem himself somehow once he realizes how important the uke is to him. We'll see how it goes :))
How come this new project is having that much success? It's even hard to believe it's the same author from Bj Alex. There's absolutely 0 complexity in this plot. With all my respect to the author, I sometimes feel like this story was written by and for the average BL teen groupie who only cares about esthetics. Sure the art is gorgeous but the characters are plain and boring to death. I swear I laugh my ass out every time people write deep and long analysis about new chapters trying to interpret every action or speech in this BL. I mean seriously this plot is a joke full of clichés and highly absurd. Pure Nonsense

He is egocentric even tho he'd probably kill to protect or to be with the uke. He loves him deeply but he doesn't know how to love peacefully. It's destroying the uke's life. I love them together but I am seriously worried for this amazing uke ://

The author has announced this series is ending on Ep45 which is very soon. I was thinking there will be more angst between them but I guess she chose to make them happy after all. As u said the Uke holds the power in this relationship and apparently he'll be the one saving the seme from his own demons. I like that it's not more complicated than I thought. Relieved that these could find each other after all the mess. I can't wait to read the last chapters
Does anybody know why it says 'Epilogue' on Ch.70 and then we still have more chapters coming. It seems the end without being the end of this story. I am a bit confused
