The banter between the two mains was unexpectedly good. Usually it’s kinda awkward but I like their back and forth teasing.
It would be a dream come true if Rei were to come back into Shouto’s life and train him to properly use his ice quirk.
I’m hoping so bad she’ll get to shine brightly. Maybe endeavor can stay in a coma a little longer so that she can get some space from him.

Somewhere it was mentioned that she has a weak constitution that's why Touya's body was weak(because he took after his mother in that respect. )
In the anime there was a small comment made on how shouto will hopefully be able to use both of his quirks in the future and in one of the movies as well as the anime shouto explained that he can only make basic structures with his ice so I’m hoping he’ll get another power up!

Why can't s/he say that s/he doesn't like how things are in this manga? I get it that you guys don't think s/he's right and her/his problem with the manga is something that's rather her/his problem (like expecting a basic shounen manga thing not to happen in a shounen manga) but in my opinion this comment section doesn't have to be all positive comments. Even if you think this person is being unreasonable because there are a bunch of positive comments that are unreasonable, too. (Although I understand that this whole "what reasonable and not" thing and that you don't want negative things in a comment section are rather subjective.)

I guessed as much but I'd like to know what THEY think because I don't want to make assumptions and I'm curious about why they think a manga comment section needs to be only of positivity. Even though, I kinda understand where they come from but I'd like to know their points and opinions.

my only problem with this critique is that its kinda stupid lol. there wouldnt be a plot if deku was OP from the start, which is why much of the plot thus far has been him trying to figure out how to manage this quirk and become the top hero despite all odds being against him. its setting us up for the payoff of when he is 100% capable of wielding his powers without destorying his body to actually be worth it and show actual progression in his strength. it seems like you dont understand fundamentally as to why certain elements are in place in the story by
1. not realizing that this HAS been the theme since the beginning, and we are slowly beginning to phase out of it as its been established that deku cant keep wrecking his body if he wants to be a hero
2. suggesting that the overly hubris bully who developed a complex BECAUSE he had everything pretty much handed too him (great quirk, intelligence) should of gotten AFO (kacchan is best boi now BECAUSE he didnt get AFO and grew as a person)
a big part of deku's heroism is his sense of self-sacrifice, which is also suppose to reflect in how he priorities saving others over self-preservation. but yeah this seems like a dumb "critique" (if you can even call it that even though it can be summed up as: getting injured = annoying lol) to give in regards to the entire story and its inherent direction.

I’m gonna cut to the chase: midnight is dead. I’m so fucking sad she died. I will really really really miss her. It was so heart wrenching to see the kids reaction. I almost started crying. They must be going through hell right now. Everyone really.
Not to mention Asui, Uraraka and Koda are really going to get the brunt of it by witnessing all the destruction and blood and gore that was left behind by machia.

I hope uraraka goes all out and strengthens her quirk majorly from all this because it looks like she’s going to need it big time in the future, what with all those buildings precariously hanging onto a thread.

Honestly I've been crying over Midnight for the past 20 minutes... She was one of my favorite female characters, easily in my top 15 overall. Same goes for Mina, so seeing her (and Kirishima) crying like that hurt even more.
That scene with Uraraka, while she was looking at the destruction, was listening to one of the pro heroes talking about how he was thinking about changing careers and maybe moving abroad... It made me wonder if we'll see any of the kids contemplating changing out of the hero course.
I'm overall now just really excited for the aftermath arc. With the Touya reveal, all the injured, how much trauma this must've caused to the kids... Even if the war is finally over we' re definitely not going to be getting easy with the next chapters. Things are not over yet.

I know! I feel your pain! The suffering is real. She was so awesome and wasn’t afraid to be herself. I can’t help feeling like hori decided to kill her off because she was too inappropriate to be a teacher.
Also, the scene with uraraka is a reoccurrence. After the fight with overhaul she had a talk with her teacher and Aizawa asked her to really contemplate if becoming a hero was the right career path for herself. It could be possible that this is going to really test that and maybe she might end up quitting or taking a break (especially since ryukyu is injured). It might become part of her character development. I’m looking forward to it.
I’m so freaking excited that this manga is going to include an aftermath arc. Hopefully hori takes his time and we get to see character development for all of the kids. Not to mention how endeavor is going to deal with this absolute PR disaster and family trauma that is coming in like a hot potato. God, I can’t wait to see how his family is going to properly react. Fuyumi and Rei especially. I hope shoto will be alright, this is going to be so hard for him.
