We're all different and we build relationships differently.
Angel is very flirty and as he's said to Allen, he's never changed his essence for Josh. He made adjustments cuz he cares for him and loves him, but he's not changing to be another person.

Also love and attraction don't align necessarily.
Angel is very confident in his sexuality, and expresses very easily his attraction for other people, but he loves Josh. And Josh might get jealous sometimes (which is okay) but he's not hurt, cuz he knows he is loved and that Angel wouldn't cross the boundaries they imposed on their relationship

I don't think respecting the relationship your in by not blatantly flirting with other men that man being your current boyfriends ex that left him for another man that he married in front of your partner at a going away party for your former boss is changing yourself it's just being respectful...

Plus I know everyones relationships are different that's why I said I don't understand it. It's not like I only see my partner just cause I love them doesn't mean they are the only person I'm attracted to, but because I love them the idea of doing anything that would wipe a smile from their face in any way shape or form doesn't sit right with me at all so I don't understand? My partner trusts me too and knows I would never cause they know how strongly I feel about stuff like this, but just cause they trust me doesn't mean I'm gonna play with their feelings by testing the waters to get a reaction.

As I said, Angel is naturally flirty, that's how he interacts with most characters in the comic. He's always been like that, to the point where he was dumped by a lot of partners. If he's been through that so many times and even now that he's actually in love with his partner he does that, I don't think that's something he's changing any time soon.
He's even insecure about his appearance, background and status around these people and has a hard time understanding social boundaries in that crowd.
He's even wearing his ex's custom made suit, cuz he doesn't see a problem in that, but he's still trying hard to fit into Josh's crowd.
All this to say that, even though this is aren't real people, but characters in a comic they are still made to act and think like real people with real personalities. Angel is a sweetheart, caring and affectionate, with a big mouth and inclination to push people's buttons. That's how he is and who Josh fell for

And you not understanding other dynamics is okay, but it doesn't mean they don't exist.
There are open relationships, polyamory relationships, ace ones, allo ones and even strictly sexual ones.
You and your partner set a standard for what makes you both feel part of a relationship that is unique to you two. Same thing happens in other relationships but the standards are different.
Some people don't care about their partner flirting with other people, some do. Some would be very upset at their partner flirting with their ex while drunk, some wouldn't as much, and just scold them lightly and expect it won't happen again, some wouldn't even bother.
That's what I meant when I said that all relationships are different. It doesn't have to work for you, and others, but you can still see it objectively as a dynamic that could happen in other relationships and isn't necessarily bad just cuz it's different

This isn't a open relationship this is a monogamous relationship. It would be one thing if that was the cause but it's not here at all. And yeah he was flirty before they weren't dating really they were hooking up then then they got together they didn't show him behaving like that with others except when it was thought they were breaking up. Look I think you're pushing this too far. I already reminded you that this we are talking about is a fictional story about fictional characters, a comic at that. So getting this heated is a bit much.

Also maybe read my comments better before using these tones. I've mentioned open relationships to show you an example of how different relationships can be, not to say that this is their case.
And not only the difference is between monogamous and poly, but also on the fact that all individuals in relationships are different, therefore there won't be an equal relationship.

I agree with you. 1 I am not sure why poly, open relationship was brought up when that is not the case here, so it doesn’t make sense. 2 Josh is clearly uncomfortable with him flirting, so he has every right to feel upset. 3 Angel being a flirty person doesn’t excuse that, him dismissing how Josh feels is even worse but Angel is the best right?

They enter the ss class dungeon and the final boss(?) of that dungeon is the MLs' brother. The guild that entered the SS class dungeon years ago is the same guild of the ML. MLs' brother sacrificed himself to save the espers and has been trapped in it ever since. So they entered the dungeon when it opened to free the MLs' brother. They do free the MLs' brother but as far as I remember, he dies there

honestly, the fact that the ML's brother dated coda rather than the purple hair surprised me more than the other spoiler does but based on the spoiler, i could alr tell that i'll suffer more of the angst soon tysm for replying though, now i can let it marinate
