For Juheon, he's quite actually an insecure person so opening up to someone who he thought knew him personally, actually wants to get to know him without any ulterior motive... Try to imagine yourself in his shoes and think for a second, him saying dohu doesn't have emotions is just him venting out his emotions. So what dohu takes a dick up his ass or going as far as that. honestly i think both of you have valid points, the problem "using u as a writing inspiration without consent" is not really that big of a problem, just like when someone used u for content for money lol. but if you pair that with a person with major trust issues it would be received differently, which what would make it a big deal!
The reason I used that is because think of juheon's personality, it's that one small reason could actually change a significant impact to Juheon's who's practically faking his entire life
I'm married if my husband was a writer shit if I had a friend that was a writer I would recognize like a normal human that that is what they do cause that is what ALL writers do. And how was Dohu to know he had trust issues this severe? We know that he got closed to write a character based on him but it could have just as well been the opposite maybe he got to know him then was like I like this guy he would make a good character a write can base a character on someone the met in passing one day on the street or in a coffee shop someone writing you into a story is at the bottom of the list of bad things people could do if they got close to you it's still a first world issue you can't convince me that this reason isn't stupid you just can't.

Thank you! No fan fictions would be weird lol, but common personalities isn't all that weird for a writer. I mean for you to not be influenced as a writer by what's around you I think would be weird cause what we see/interact with everyday is apart of us a people and writers stories are extensions of themselves in a way you know? Plus it's fiction hard to get mad about a fake story you know? unless someone is passing it off as truth anyway.
