so at the end , the police found them and they decided to commit suicide. maybe coz this way they can be together forever.

One of them was accused of murder and he met the other and found salvation I suppose, they fell in love but The police were still chasing him and it was never clear whether he was actually guilty. I guess you can say the run away together hiding from the police but one night the black hair male lead, he got sick and the other left to get medicine and the owner of the place raped him. The black hair guy ended up stabbing or killing the guy who raped him and when the other one came back saw. Guilt and dispair. Hopelessness. The brown haired one slaughters the dude who raped his lover and in the end when they accepted they couldn’t be together & they commuted suicide by drowning themselves in the sea together :’)

The murder suspect guy doesn't have any memories of what really happened during the 1988 murder. While on the run, the two ML rented a place where they can stay for a month. The one named suchae was raped by the house owner while having fever. He ended up killing the old man. The other ML wanted to take the blame and let Suchae go but they both decided to commit suicide instead because they wanted to be together forever even til death.
