From what I remembered this is a fantasy harem manga about a guy who love a specific girl ( I think she's a princess or something not sure), but this male lead is a hero or something so he need to save the world or kingdom I think. And then he need to have sex to gain power ( Im not sure about this one). The last chapter that I remember is that he was forced to have sex with orc princess. Btw the girl he loves don't know that he is having sex with other girls.
