Unfortunately I think the spanking and the necklace are the least of his problems in this story, I'm pretty sure the family is and has been even worse to this young man
mc was assulted, he also gets assaulted in the shower. I can’t get over how the author normalises this behaviour and how the mc is okay with being assulted? perhaps im seeing his reaction from a different narrative but i do like the plot but reading the raws the story isn’t seen to go very well
