It's interesting. I don't think much research on the blind was done, their sense of hearing, smell, taste and touch is usually heightened to make up for the lack of sight. They usually can recognize a person by footsteps, breathing, heartbeat, scent, touch (they literally read braille by feeling little bumps) etc. Regardless the concept is interesting
It's kinda like the Truman Show, that level of deception but smaller scale in the sense everything isn't a movie set. Though deception is Still Elaborate.
Looking forward to seeing the change of dynamics

The whole psychological aspect is twisted though snapping under those circumstances makes sense. She was played, everything that kept her calm was a lie, she genuinely has nothing to lose.
To Him it was a long term work assignment with his team that was more taxing then expected. A cruel and exhausting act that messed with his head differently from her. Having to wear a mask with glasses everyday, wear a foreign scent, fake voice implant and pretend to love and be dedicated to a woman who can't see you.
I'm a little dissatisfied by the interrogation training, he could have used several other methods, if that's all that happened that's too light for that field. Realistically it would be a many times worse, waterboarding, head covered by sack, gagged in dark space, electrocution/tasing, water thrown on after passing out, non lethal stabbing, twisting limbs or fingers, etc. Having things to heal wounds later
The thing is with her personality and resolve she wouldn't have given up the information, would have seen her stronger and more scary. Trained more properly then that scare tactic that was unsuccessful. I think it was more to show him riled up which is nice Karma.
If you're a hopeless romantic then rethink this read.
If you like feeling frustrated and seeing people manipulated, stung along, going through emotional turmoil then this is probably a good story for you.
If you're okay with many smut scenes without real romance, closure, growth or character development feel free to continue.

At first I had hope "Maybe it's another wholesome Omegaverse" but nope.
Fateful encounter my behind, more like mere bad luck.
Another toxic overly stated secondary gender roles but this one like some others exclude Betas, due to lack of scent, they're less desirable etc.
I just started and am halfway through this but the damn omega seme is really irking.
Drugging was unnecessary, the things you said to get him to sleep with you was beyond sly. You're not in love just immature, twisted, cruel, selfish and possessive.
Playing with both people's feelings knowing damn well he's causing both pain.
That fake comforting when you're the shadow culprit behind everything is pissing me off.
I don't like the alpha seme much either, he's as dense as they get. They way he constantly fails to understand and express how he feels, poor upbringing, never received love and affection etc typical ass of ML.
It would be nice if he found a nice fine ass loving beta genuinely in love with him, not in those two game of tug and war and said F both of ya I'm out. Not likely but would be nice

I'm ranting because feel frustrated...
The start and idea had so much potential to be an epic smut with a great plot, from the start but the delivery comes across a bit lacking
I don't hate the initial intention of ML not wanting to be alone and finding someone like him... Saving her was great start...
There was little to no patience from the ML.
Instead of the cowardly manipulation due to insecurities that she wanted to escape the unknown territory, after being abandoned, sold by the only family she ever knew and treated like an slave... Using her and wounds to make her meek.
Typical no communication but expecting her to Understand and Obey You BS yet also be Assertive and put Others in There Place... Like how?
The whole chambermaid BS that could have been Corrected since you actually expect her to become your "wife". Even saying what's mine is yours doesn't clearly let her know her Position -__- the whole process not in sequence in a chaotic way.
It would have been nice if he explained that he's different like her and showed his true self to her instead of taking advantage of her fear and anxiety of being abandoned again.
When he showed his form to someone other than her first I was so annoyed. Like isn't it common sense seeing someone else like her would fascinate her, bring her comfort so she would want to stay willingly. I get why her revealed himself in that situation but still how TF you decided life plans without any communication with the lady it pertains -_-
The comforting with pheromones element was nicest part so far I guess. It would feel like trash without even that element, non verbal comfort since this idiot is a handsome coward.
I understand in ancient time if a girl had her menstrual she was considered a woman... Girls were taught meticulously, how to be like a doll yet intelligent and support their future husband's. Often sold to families under the "alliance of marriage" age of a girl didn't really matter sadly, what mattered was strengthening their families power. Not morally correct but common in that historically.
On another note Thankfully no one but Selly can tame Tan, he almost blew a fuse seeing that demanding brat, I think he'll put her in her place soon enough
....
Well he threw water at him when he was sleeping.... So that temper still has some regulating to do. It's nice to see how he's becoming more conscious of Kim Dan and although he's dense, super dense as a hell, his action are beyond just wanting someone for jinx or his physical condition. He meddles more than if it was that simple, the way he hugged him on instinct shows a deeper level of affection, his brain hasn't caught up with his heart yet
I wonder what's up with Mr golden eyes. He's so mysterious and suspicious, he is probably connected to everything
He needs to put his pride to the side, open his eyes and see the last thing Kim Dan needs is to fk him. Even if he offers refuse. And if he falls asleep let him sleep dumbass, just watch over him like a "Guardian"
He obviously never been in love or had to nurture anyone before. He's oblivious towards his own feelings, his level of dense is annoying but I don't hate this story, it's well written and drawn, it tugs on you emotions, frustration included. He needs to learn more about Dan's condition, the do's and don'ts, since common sense clearly eludes him, I see teeny weeny specks of eh, probably intended to help us have a better opinion of character development.
