So the group which translated the novel bought the license for the novel(not in all countries since for my country the book isn't available) so there is no free translation available for it. Back then when they were translating it they released each chapter and if you were keeping up with it you could read it for free on the limited time period. Now there's only 28 chapter available but you can buy the book if it's available in your country form this site
