I'm all for a good smut. You know who cares, but that's not the problem here. The problem is the story, the problem is the setup, the problem is this world is very clearly built to create disadvantage for women. It very clearly objectifies women, and sees them as nothing more than objects meant to fulfill men's desires. There's a big difference between having sex with someone because you like them or just having fun. And Men thinking that they're entitled to your body. Because let's be honest that's exactly what happened here in this story. （/TДT)/
At one point I was like it's very clear that the author has decided to make the plot take a back seat to the smut and rape. Now the plot is kind of trying to come forward again. However, I'm completely lost because she didn't spend that time building the story she spent it showing us chapter after chapter of the main character being assaulted. I don't know I just feel like the more I read this the more apparent it is that the main character developed Stockholm syndrome.

There's no way the MC is in her right mind if she chooses him regardless of what the ex-fiance did. I feel like the author was trying to convey to us that he's better, or that the fiance was just drastically worse than him for giving up on her. But regardless of whether he gave up on her or not, Leon is still a rapist; he's still the predator. Like she wouldn't be in this predicament, if it wasn't for him the fiance wouldn't need to save her. (￣∇￣")

She only sees him as someone who saved her, and so she feels indebted to him so she does whatever he wants. Am I the only one who doesn't view him as some player thug.I feel like in the story everyone was saying he looks like a thug, and that he's a bad guy. But if it's based purely on looks, he literally just looks like a regular handsome man with piercings because at the time not everyone can see his tattoos cuz he mostly has on long sleeves or a jacket. At this point they're just hating. ╥﹏╥
