When was it mentioned that she was his sister? I thought he said that he met up with the babysitter at the hospital before going to her house and that's when the co-worker saw them

On chapter 3, pg 20. He said it was his sister who he met to see the babysitter that she found.

Nope. That was the babysitter. His sister arranged for him to meet the babysitter, but the babysitter came to the hospital. If you click on this link to a page for the other sequel, you will see what his sister looks like, and they mention it is his only sister.

y’all are making this real complicated. it was obvious that it was his sister, the first time i read it and all the times i’ve read it, that was how i understood it. that’s why i said that maybe the sister’s character design wasn’t even in the works in the prequel.

Then we just aren't going to agree on this. He doesn't actually say whether it was the sister or the babysitter he met at the hospital. I think it was the babysitter. That is how it reads to me.

He literally said on chapter 3, pg 20 that it was his sister and his sister met him at the hospital since she knew her way. He was going to meet the babysitter at his sister house.

It would make completely no sense for him to hold the babysitter waist or for him to meet them at the hospital if he was meeting the babysitter at at his sister house since the babysitter is his sister acquaintance.

He LITERALLY said SHE in a conversation that INCLUDED BOTH the babysitter AND the siter. IT DIDN'T CLARIFY WHICH ONE. Is it THAT difficult for you to accept that someone may not agree with you?

BTW, if you read the conversation verbatim it is:
"My sister introduced me to the babysitter yesterday." Note: He doesn't say WHERE they were when they were introduced.
"I went to HER house to see how it would go with Shouta." Note he did not say WHO she was, but it is easy to assume it was the babysitter's house since the sister had watched Shouta before, so there would be no need. Also, he said I instead of WE. If that had been his sister with him, it should have been WE went to HER house.
"I was going to discuss this matter with you. But you looked so tired yesterday" No mention of sister OR babysitter
"Did... you meet her at the hospital?" Note hesitation in the question, which should NOT have been there had he been asking about the sister. More importantly, AGAIN, they did NOT mention whether "HER" is the sister or babysitter.
"Hmm? Yeah. It's convenient to meet up at the hospital. She knows her way here." Note, AGAIN, there is NO MENTION of whether the HER being referred to is the sister or the babysitter. It can very EASILY be interpreted EITHER WAY. For ME, it makes more sense that they are talking about the babysitter and NOT the sister. Sorry for disagreeing with you and causing you to get upset over it, but my assumptions have just as much validity as your assumptions due because the writer or translators did NOT do a good job of clarifying the names and played the pronoun game for pretty much the entire conversation.

i stand by how i read it bc it makes sense in connection to the story and the characters’ personalities.

the seme would never do that to the uke bc of how much he loves him and considering how out of character it is for him to hold the babysitter’s (a stranger’s) waist. and if it was the babysitter, the misunderstanding wouldn’t have been resolved that easily.

You seem to be the one upset since you’re using caps and writing a long ass paragraph that I truthfully vaguely read. Don’t know how you can read tone through text though but if you wanna believe I’m “upset” then whatever floats your boat.

Truthfully it call using reading comprehension and understanding the story. That misunderstandings wouldn’t be solved so easily if the person waist he was holding was the babysitter. And he loves the uke so it would make no sense why he would suddenly hold another woman waist that isn’t his family member.

If you wanna believe that it wasn’t his sister then you do that. I’m standing by my point with its being her sister so let’s agree to disagree and call it a day/night.

Anyway, I stand by my point that the translation is too vague to know for certain. So basically, we all get to decide what we think is the correct answer, and we will all just have to disagree if we think the other(s) are wrong.

They probably did more in the past, but not in this chapter. It was probably the red head who kissed him while he was thinking about our Joon. But then you know John is gonna get the wrong idea because of the stain and perfume smell even tho they did nothing.
