honestly, i was about to say the same thing.. and on the first chapters after she was decapitated, there was a scene where a blonde guy, using magic.. then time turned backwards and sent her to the past.. I'm thinking that maybe it was her father.. like after she died, the fake sister brings disaster to their empire.. and if the father is under hypnosis or whatever curse, he will later know the truth.. but its over, MC already died and the empire is ruined.. so because of heartbreak he did something, like rewinding the time.. but he forgot the details when he woke up so thats why he has fragment memories that he think are nightmares.. and then everytime he tries to remember he get headaches and collapse.. like that scene where he was about to enter the carriage and suddenly felt dizzy about remembering something what he thought a nightmare..
