Basically shige and shin are precious and only wish to be happy together. They joined the show biz because of each other but as they each get more popular it gets harder for them to be close to each other like they want because of all the attention. Hanasaki-san and the others are wanting to protect shin but they’re really talking bout the relationship with the two MCs as if they were to be found out their popularity will go down and they’d lose their jobs. They don’t say this to each other but they want to be the strength for each other and this imo truly shows how good of a relationship they have to overcome their struggles eventually.
