The main story is where she's together with the guy and both of them share their struggle nad they always comfort each other. There's also another ml who is very unique and handsome but I'm not sure what he's relation is with mc

It is diff. They alr warned us that the story would have differences to suit a webnovel format. And it seems they also made changes some of scenes for consistency, and address the loopholes in the novel. Tho the major plot points are still present.

Yeaa, some of the impactful scenes where ommited. And honestly the manhwa lacked the intensity and gravity of the triggering scenes in novel and changed the atmosphere to shallow due to the art style. Which is sadt, but the rest is greatly adapted
