Im patiently waiting for Niannain to diovorce him. I read the webnovel and the way nian divorces him is badass and also revealed just how much of an asshole yansheng is.
The guy that yansheng thinks saved him ticked somebody off but he lied and called himself yanshengs husband. The guy he ticked off wanted revenge and yeah they kidnappped and tortured nainanian instead of the bitch gold digger and they kinda tortured nianian like a lot (broke some of his bones). Then they callled yansheng and told them. Yansheng woke up from his sleep to answer the calll and when they told him we have your lover come if you dont want him to die....he just said...idc you can kill him if you want to then went back to sleep. When niannian heard yansheng say that his love for yansheng automatically vanished and he started laughing hysterically which kinda creeped out his kidnappers so they put him in the basement which niannian has ptsd from because he got kidnapped before because of yansheng when he was a kid. Then with a broken leg niannian got up after a while and he beat up his kidnapppers with a surprise attack. (Niannian was missing for 3-4 days and yansheng just assumed he was out cheating on him) Then nian nian dragged himself to his house and Went to yansheng and told him he wanted a divorce. Yansheng was shocked to see his bloodied up injured state but said no i wont. but he also said....get out your ruining the floor with your blood.....(when i saw that he said tht i was legit shocked.....yansheng sees niannian on the brink of death his clothes covered in blood and hes worried about his floor getting ruined smh.) Then Yanshengs mother came when she heard niannian come back. Yansheng asked for a divorce again and yanshengs mom threatened to stop supporting his dad if he did....niannian then held a knife to his own throat and threatened to kill himself if yansheng didnt sign the divorce papers. So yanshengs mom forced him to sign the papers and niannian left the house hoping for yansheng to suffer. The n he passed out outside andhad to be taken to a hospital) both yansheng and his mom are shitheads....guess the apple doesnt fall far from the tree
