i won't lie that jw/hs had an unhealthy relationship.
honestly though, taku and haesoo's relationship wasn't much healthier??? if anything i found it worse, because they did not do the things they did out of love. they literally tried to use each other for their own wants. and then when taku later catches feelings he's just constantly anxious and upset because he knows haesoo was never his and that's not healthy either.

taku and haesoo's relationship was healthy how though? from what i understood in the story: it was fake as plastic, literally just them "pretending" as it said in the chapters. it was also based on them using each other for what they need, rather than actual love (unlike joohae).

taku started shit with haesoo to use and display his emotions that he'd been fascinated by, in his exhibition. and he was also very intrigued by haesoo's writing (specifically his writing about joowon). he never had deep feelings, but was just looking to have a temporary fling to make this talented beautiful writer fall for him, cause he wanted to see the kind of story that's written about HIMSELF when he leaves haesoo ugh. meanwhile haesoo was heartbroken and used taku as a rebound. taku even let him at one point saying "you can use me if you want, in fact i'd PREFER it that way" (he said that because he was using haesoo just as much, and knew he was taking advantage of his heartbreak-- thinking stuff like how he liked to see haesoo sad cause so he could feel needed this way! like um ??). and we can't forget taku's shit with trying to guilt trip haesoo using his sex tape like lol

anyway taehae's r/s is just plain insincere. eventually one side (taku) got attached when he shouldn't have, since he knew from the start that haesoo was emotionally unavailable to him. and that change just heightened his anxiety with their r/s, making him way more selfish and constantly jealous too.

Im not saying their relationship was bealthy but it was better than how haesoo and jowoon were before...haesoo and jowoon both liked each other but they were never able to express and therefore both of them were put through alot of pain..ontop of tht they were also ex stepbros and their parents wanted to gwt back together so worrying about tht also adds to stress...whenever their with eachother their happy but when their apart they arent happy because they know the other person will never belong to them...this is just my opinion ofcourse but with a relationship were neither one will ever express their feelings thts unhealthy...haesoo and taku started off with a deal but taku openly told haesoo he liked him..to my recollection anyway.....tho tht was also unhealthy because taku knew haesoo didnt love him...poor taku...y'know what i dont know anything dont listen to me..i rlly dont knoe which one was more unhealthy but too me haesoo and jowwon were...im happy tht they matured enough to express their feelings
