The guy was warned to stay away because it was dangerous. Victim blaming is one thing, but he literally walked himself into the situation despite all pleas to stay away. It's not like Haise wanted to do it, and ran away and locked himself up for that very same reason.

No one here is trying to victim blame the rabbit. You’re thinking too deep. They’re stating facts about what just happened in the story. They never said: “the rabbit deserves it” and they never specifically said “it’s the rabbits fault.” They were just taking about how the rabbit’s actions were dumb and there are multiple ways this situation could’ve been avoided easily if he thought for a minute.

Many doors have a crack underneath it which he could’ve just passed the drugs under, it’s unlikely that the door wouldn’t have one. The wolf specifically locked the door for the rabbit’s safety, but then the rabbit used a key and unlocked it himself. Even if there was no crack under the door, the rabbit could’ve left the medicine next to the door and then left and the wolf could go and get it himself. The rabbit did not need to hand it over to him directly, especially already knowing what would happen and the previous attempt seconds before that.

I really don’t think the rabbit could be that clueless not to know what would happen if he approached a wolf in heat on a full moon- right after the wolf attempted it too. The rabbit is known to be wise and is one of the company bosses, he’s got to be smart somehow.
