Well if you've read enough BLs, in most Korean manhwa either the dad, mom, step bro/sis or extended family members are psychos. In some rare case, it is a true outsider or a friend who is a villain but usually not enough + some family member must be involved too lol. It's part of the drama plot.. so we just need to guess the worst villain of all..
