“Don’t draw his attention”? Girl, that man is attention, the kind that summons hybrids foaming at the mouth, psychos with god complexes, and bottom-tier scum that should’ve stayed in the gutter. He doesn’t just attract trouble, he breeds it. Stand near him and you're one panel away from becoming plot fodder.
Anyway, welcome the hell back. Bless the uploader for dropping this nightmare fuel, I'm eating.
And that panel with the dissected, butchered bodies? Art. Pure, unhinged brilliance. The artist didn’t just draw, they exorcised something. I need a moment. And maybe therapy.

There’s disappointment weighing heavy, yet beneath it, a quiet sense that this might be necessary growth. Still… it aches in a way I wasn’t ready for. Fear creeps in whenever I see him being shaken or working his ass off. What if his collapse triggered that debris in his head to sink further? His will to live is already shaking. I'm sure the ML will help, but the author will definitely let him know in a critical moment when MC is already hanging on a thread.

Okay, the button has been pushed. I'm diving to the novel now. I can't stand the tension. I NEED ACCURACY!!!

I found the novel. Dang, maybe if the artist followed the descriptions very well, I think this scene would have been one of the thrilling scenes.
Also, note that Seukyung was facing the door, not on his back when Cheogrim found him. The novel said, "like he was waiting for him to come back" something like this. This scene is very meaningful.
After that, he sat in front of the surgery room for a long time. During that time, anger and self-loathing surged countless times. He had no time to wipe the blood-stained shirt and hands. The oddly cool air in the hospital hallway at dawn made Chungrim even more anxious.
Only after hearing that Sung-kyung needed to be monitored in the ICU did his surroundings come into focus. Covered in blood, he looked like a few years ago when he had struggled to survive.
He looked at his trembling hands. His left wrist, usually adorned with a watch, was bare and swollen red. Was it anxiety? Unconsciously scratched marks were visible between the dried blood of Kim Sung-kyung.
“Crazy. Crazy bastard.”
Not content with forgetting me, you tried to die alone? You said you wouldn’t go anywhere, but you tried to leave forever? You said you had nowhere else to go. Were you trying to go to your parents after death? Crazy bastard.
I should have known from the nonsense you babbled every night. Chungrim kept cursing Sung-kyung, who had slipped out of his control. His nervously brushed hair was a mess. Just like Sung-kyung, Chungrim’s time was wildly swinging.
“Just try dying on your own.”
Chungrim glared at the surgery room with bloodshot eyes. He would never accept Kim Sung-kyung’s death. After making him like this, was he trying to escape to an unreachable place? It was laughable.
Chungrim stayed there until Kim Sung-kyung’s blood dried stiffly. His wrist inside was scratched and bleeding from all the scratching, but the anxiety that had started couldn’t be easily controlled.
Morning came, and he couldn’t stand the night. He had to wander for a while, not remembering where he parked. His car, haphazardly parked, almost in the flower bed, was a sight. When he opened the driver’s door, the smell of blood hit him. Blood had soaked through to the floor.

Well, consider me utterly bamboozled. The tension in this manhwa is so thick you could cut it with a butter knife, and the writing? Absolutely criminal. Combined with art style, it's just disgustingly perfect! I didn't realize it was still legal to make a reader feel this much thrill. It's been so long since a manhwa actually excited, mystified, and gasp made me fall in love that I almost forgot what that felt like. For one with no mystery, thriller, or action tags to pull this off, they deserve some kind of award. Every single line, those panels, the entire atmosphere, it's like they've figured out how to permanently pull me into their world. Dang, my other hobbies are officially jealous.
I'm exaggerating, but it's true hahahah It's rare to fish one that can emit such tension.

You know what? This manhwa was actually interesting, it's a cliche plot, but it has few things that were interesting. THAT WAS AT FIRST. As the story roll and the artist change, it got reduced to a bundle of shit. It went from 8 to 1. I thought maybe I can hold on until I see the end, but at this point? Bruh, it's totally dissapointing.
The ML was supposed to be a psycho, not a big man with anger issue. The definition of psycho in this manhwa is totally off, it's just showing a grown ass man who can't handle his anger and emotions. Stupid, he is, if I may say. MOREOVER, he's literally showing signs and dropping hints in the earlier chapters about his interest go his secretary, and now he is clueless? Blind of his own feeling? Poorly written character. SO FUCKN POOR AND TOO BASIC TO BE CALLED ALPHA, he's more like a beta with a pot of gold.
The MC is also a big what-the-fuck. He lost sight of his goal of running away which was supposed to be the thrill of the story. He fell in love? Okay, maybe that's unsolicited, but it's a big letdown. A pair of clap in his butt cheeks and he's down. His resolve easily crumbles when faced with his emotions. Mediocre.
ALSO, THE AUTHOR FAILED TO PROTECT THE NOVEL MC, HE REDUCED HIM TO A SLUT. Are you telling me that the MC has has been reading a love story between a slut and a supposed to be psycho alpha? Might be interesting, but that's not the point at all. The author fucked this character so bad.
Too bad, I spent time reading this. Such a big dissapointment. ( ̄へ ̄)

The set-up is too familiar. I feel the combination of 'My Guild Nextdoor' when the bat each other on the first meeting (include the fact that the ML is very fond of the MC because of bla bla bla) and 'Netkama Punch' when the concept that the ML is popular in the gaming society.
Who knows, the plot might also have a hint of that one manhwa where the ML is obsessed with the MC that he spend a dime for the game and for him. I forgot the name, but I remember the pair to be a university classmate and the MC is hiding his identity. The ML is also the cliche rich kid.
Bruh. That's creepy and unsettling. Why do bright kids always end up as beacons for the mentally unwell? Like, congrats!, your brain glows in the dark, now here come the freaks.
Honestly, just chain Gilhan and the MC’s brother together and toss the key. Both are breed of emotionally constipated chaos.
wait tbh i dig the idea of his brother n gilhan together
