it's normal for boxers to have their ears in this state (cauliflower ears) from taking forceful hits on them xD
it’s called cauliflower ear (or wrestlers ear), a lot of blunt trauma to the ear causes it to swell like that permanently, really common in people who are boxers or wrestlers
