Ji9star sees neuta leaving and gets upset as he was told previously that he would be staying home. Making him overthink that he probably went off with someone (as I'm pretty sure he saw him with someone else) and thought they would be spending it together (since it's seen as romantic in korea.) SO when neuta came back, he practically had been crying and gets mad at him and ultimately, confesses, leaving neuta stunned. He does not reject him and admits he doesn't find it disgusting, so he asks to give him some time to think about it, which Ji9star agrees (though I believe he kept pestering when will be the time) I believe in a chapter or 3 later Nueta accepts
