what’s wrong with the art.....

well, the shading is flat and the eyes look really skew sometimes, droopy weird eyes, I don't know, I just don't like it. Characters look like airheaded down-syndrome children.

It’s just stylistically different and doesn’t suit your tastes.

Also maybe refrain from making the connection that “air headed down-syndrome children” = bad. Because that comes off as insulting in general.

well, I tried to phrase it correctly, but if an artist has special needs children in their story then it is perfectly fine if they look like that, but if the characters don't have those conditions but look like they do I consider it bad. Please consider thinking critically for a moment before falling back on snowflake tendencies to voice your opinion.

I just wanna say that it's not really bad imo, the art style is just different from what we always see, but that doesn't mean we can downright insult the artist's work. Voicing ur opinion is nice but don't forget ur 'respect'.

Can everyone stop making assumptions about me, please? It's an art style, I'm allowed to interpret it how I want from my own perspective just like how anyone else can interpret it how they want. I'm disabled and unemployed and neither my face nor my real name is available on a platform such as this that offers illegal copyrighted material. The artist opens it up to public comments as soon as they publish it so if someone else likes it I won't say they are wrong, but in my opinion, the main character's looks and character profile don't match and she looks like she has an extra chromosome.

you may say you dont prefer the artstyle but can never say it is 'bad' is used for of poor or inferior quality; defective; deficient: which you cant use for an artstyle because you cant compare a quality of artstyle from the way it is...

i completely understand that you dont like the art style, everyone has different tastes and i think thats fine. however, comparing the art style to actual real disabilities people suffer from is out of fucking pocket. especially on a platform where no one knows anything about others except for their username.
