Like the author is clearly trying to make us feel bad for yahwi while demonizing Cain but they haven’t given us a reason to really hate Cain while we have multiple reasons to despise yahwi at this point yahwi could literally hate joo and he’d forgive him but Cain could be a stalker and were supposed to be mad and not trust him like wut
I’ll just say anytime Cain does something kinda shady we get a close up shot of him looking “scary” but when yahwi repeatedly assaults joo all we get his joo crying and than him the next chapter screaming about how great yahwi is and how much he likes him like you see the way their painted even though it should be the opposite
