My neighbour has one green eye and one black....now that I think sometimes his eye is green sometimes it's blue... wander why that happens..?

its either contacts or light affects on the eye. Tbh idk bout changing to a whole different color but depending on how tired I am my eyes go from greyish blue to indigo or teal as they please
