To the plot, the characters, art and how long the story was. It was really good (all thought age gaps are a bit on the controversial side) the plot was greatly done and the manga ended nicely, I'm very impressed.
Manga like this one can usually drag on forever, but the mangaka knew what they were doing and I'm glad :')

Reading the last chapter broke my heart,,, like in the beginning it was so sad :'( but as I keep reading I got a little happy. :'D I'm glad (almost?) everyone got a happy ending.
Overall, I'm really glad I finished this manga, it was nicely within with a lot of real life elements. It's pretty cool to see that in manga sometimes.
