It’s so good, all the things that Mielle is about to get coming her way makes for such a satisfying revenge story. It’s slow and so far the newest chapter is illustrating chapter 80 from the novel so you can skip to that chapter. There are almost 300 chapters in total so it’s kind of slow revenge but very worth reading.

The “heroine” is someone so easy to hate that I can’t believe she exists. Hopefully, she gets the bad ending she deserves.
So apparently the MC turns “light” at the end and honestly, I was really happy when I heard there was FINALLY going to be a brown skin MC or ANY brown skin character at this point. But the fact that they just made her white in the end really goes to show how Japan feels about brown skin people. I’m honestly disappointed but unfortunately, not surprised. It hurts more because I have the same light brown skin but I don’t care, I’m proud of my chocolate milk.
