So as some comments before mention, in the novel, the seme cheats and the omega runs away when he gets pregnant and tries to abort the baby and the seme chases him and tries to win him back, basically he repents a lot but it seems all this has been really cut down or even skipped in the manhwa. Like apparently after the uke runs away he's back with the seme after 2-4 chapter (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
Dammit, I really wanted to see a story were the seme is an ass and the repentance arc is long. Every story I read so far with this kind of plot always had very short chapters where the seme repents for being an ass.

I have read raws so I have an idea of what you are talking about but not too sure myself. Soon Keith will start sleeping with only MC and it will last several chapters. THen at some point MC will see Keith kissing a woman, have an argument with Keith and return home. Then Keith drunk will come to MC's house and have sex. At that time they will have baby but Keith will not remember it. So later when they found MC is pregnant Keith thinks it is someone's child. MC knows the truth but decided not to tell him. So Keith proposed to marry MC and raise that child as his own(though it is his child). I do not know what happens later.
