Ahahaha~~ I think everyone has their own choices and judgements but I think what qualifies children to love is very controversial and is a broad matter that touches on many different aspects.
I too think that it is unsettling but at the same time, when the younger one is conscious on his/her own emotions by themselves without force and understand the situation and the partner's attitude and status, I think this would be the time to be free to love, because children are susceptible to being naive and likes to go ahead with their own decisions. Adults would be able to consider what they will lose and what they gain esp concerning family.
As many have stated, we have parents that are about 5-10 years apart but we should be able to judge on 'what time' they started to have that relationship. Afterall, no one bats an eye if the MC is about 23 years old and ML/FL is about 29- 31 yrs old. This scenario is really common in most stories and in real life.
But that's just my opinion~ the way I see it, Pedo should be HEAVILY PUNISHED because concerning a child where adult dependency should not be substituted by a long time commitment like love and responsibility yet because they have the right to enjoy their childhood.
