i think he loves him as much he just wasnt ready mentally to accept he loved a man....even tho his actions made it clear he loved him back but he had made Imagase so unsure and created a gap between them....thats why he wanted to build a bridge to reach hin after being insincere how much he loves him.....Tamaki was a way for Imagase to push him away and Kyouichi wasnt sure what he was feeling was real love :( but he realised when he talked about him to Tamaki xD a little late but he still did some major changed for Imagase(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
