Binge this & An Uncomfortable Truth so you can be depressed for the rest of 2019.
I should have dropped this right after Sangwoo called him "mom" & pretended it had a happy ending, tbh. It all went downhill from there.
...I literally have no more words, aside.... that's rough, buddy. I'm gonna go lay down & have an existential crisis, now.

Drama tag never again. It gets exhausting after a while. I wish bookworm got his little own side-story.
Also, why did they leave so much stuff unexplained about the blonde kid?? Why did he avoid the other dude at the beginning, what did he go off to do on his own for all those years at the end?? I mean, I can kind of guess, but why would they leave that hanging for no reason?

I loved it but the side-plot of the serial killer was sloppy. When the story started hinting that maybe Ray was becoming a bit too obsessed with the relationship I thought that would become the major conflict of the story, and I was totally up for another yandere lover scenario tbh, but it was kinda just dropped.
The author probably wanted to do a lot more with this story but it was cut short. Maybe it didnt get good ratings?

This manga had me sobbing, it hit all my lovey-dovey shoujo spots. But that part when Rei said "next time I fall in love I'll try to be more honest" left me confused?? So did he have a crush on Kanata or Mito?? Did he think he was gay but turned out to be bi?? Did he cry that Kanata didnt want to confess his feelings to Mito because he wanted to do it first?? I DIDNT GET IT.

Rei had a crush on Kanata. I def didn't get the sense he caught feelings for mito. If I remember correctly (it's been a while since I've read this--forgive me) he was "concerned" for Mito/"disliked" Kanata in order to better mask his feelings for him and avoid being outed. Though that's not to say he's fake or anything! He really grew to love both of them (platonically for mito/romantically for kanata). He just wished he worked up the nerve to confess and get his feelings sorted before he got into a relationship. At least, that's what I got from it.
I TRIED to read this, but when they said the mom was the one who ran her over i legit burst out laughing & then cringed for the rest of the chapter at how much more stupid it could get. How can anyone take seriously such a cheap stab at drama?? It's just so wildly unrealistic it could be a parody of a drama tbh. The author should have just dropped the serious act & tried for comedy because that's the only way I could ever read this with any ounce of respect.
I can't. I just can't. This is too silly.
Just skipped to read the last 2 chapters & even tho it just made me even more glad to not have read it with the stuff about the cancer (seriously....another really cheap stab at drama..) it seems to have a happier (?) ending than most comments make it seem....
