This was so emotional, I could really relate to both Junwoo & Wooyeon. I was also a hikikomori for 3 years, and when I barely starting going outside because I wanted to get my life back together is when all the Corona stuff broke out & now I'm back to being a hikikomori against my will(/TДT)/ I'm much happier now, tho lol

From the way Kyujin first described his feelings for Jimin in comparison to Doyeol, I think the author started the story thinking Jimin/Kyujin would be endgame but then as they developed more the relationship with Doyeol they realized maybe they liked that couple more but they were already halfway through the story & it wouldn't make sense anymore for them to stay together so they just decided to give it a cliche angsty twist end.

So glad none of the shit Jihyun did was rewarded in the end. So annoying when people think they can use tragic backstories to excuse hurting others. He does deserve a happy ending after getting his heart broken by Chiwoo because that's the only thing that would ever really get to him, but he does not remotely deserve to be with Chiwoo.

same. besides, even if it wasnt chiwoo he cant love someone properly when he uses violence to get what he wants. thats just toxic and a relationship story i wouldnt enjoy even if its fiction. just like one of the previous translator pointed out, it's the point where twisted characters redeem themselves that makes twisted stories satisfying (at least for me, too)

Oh my god. That ending was trying so hard just to put back together all the bullshit the author started for cheap drama. And it failed. It could have been fine if it just ended with that orange-hair dude from high school being the bad guy, Gabriel had no reason to be involved. And the role of the red book was so stupid & minimal it was like it wasn't needed at all? It would have been way more interesting if Colin had figured it out on his own. There was no point in even including it. To the end gabriel/raphael kept being the bad guy even though he had NO REASON TO BE WHATSOEVER. I'm guessing the author just has a fetish for dangerous guys or whatever, & wanted to keep that plot no matter what. What a waste of time. It should have ended in season 1.
This could have been one of my favorite stories ever but Dahm's attitude almost ruined the whole second half of the story for me. I skimmed his scenes to finish the story but he had me on the brink of rage-quitting.
