spoilers ahead: basically matthew gets drugged with those dream pills and isn’t in the right mind when jin is with him that time. because of the effect of the pills, there’s two jins - the real one and the one matthew is seeing in his head. while the one matthew is seeing mentally is saying yes and wanting sex, the real jin doesn’t. i just wanted to clarify because matthew wouldn’t do that to jin in the right frame of mind. and also i think brandon also raped jin when he was younger and working under brandon.

Well…technically yes, but the love interest it’s pretty well stablished. So the other guy is more an obstacle to their relationship than a real option.
