She fully knows what that man is capable of and how manipulative and petty he is, she knows that he may be lying that Hyesung doesn't want to see her just to hurt her but she accepted that because in the back of her mind it's an excuse to start a new life without any burden. Honestly, this all explain why Hyesung ran away after he gave birth when he heard Dojin say that he won't let him leave even though that's what he promised, it's because he doesn't want to end up like his mom who got trap in a marriage because of a kid.
