Never mind I re read the whole thing and it's amazing
Soo MC's dick dad is scheming with his little ragtag fools of rulers to kill zhe GOD and Chaos(something that endangers all yet only god can go against(?), hence they created the tower, and this tower serves as a vessel for all of their mana(which they received from god, these ungrateful bunch) to pierce through chaos and god himself, it seems that they succeeded, however it unleashed chaos seeming like their plan was not as perfect as they think it is.
Gaia(the second closest being to god after Micheal) the supposed ruler of humans was used as some sort of conductor to control chaos and the mana they received from god, Chronos(mc's dad) seems to be the only one capable of controlling her(whether willingly or not im not sure but its more likey not) they killed the other rulers after they're exhausted except for yggdrasil(the mandrake looking guy) who has predicted Chronos's plans and made a contract with Satan to preserve his strength so they fight 2vs2. Well Chronos died(that weak little bitch) and Gaia awakens as the system.

(1.)the reason why Michael said in that post chapter where she died of MC's path to being the master of the tower is most probably related to his father and his relation to Gaia as the system.
(2.) God is not dead, weakened probably but dead? I can see it on the future chapters, god appearing and just chilling and watching his creations movements.
To my knowledge, God disappeared so I was confused af all these chapters when Chronos was going on and on about killing God
