It’s because they don’t draw things like buildings, cars, tables, chairs etc. All those things are 3D models. Essentially the only things being drawn in manhwas are the characters. I’m guessing the author didn’t find a model suitable enough. I don’t know what time period this was set in, but I have a feeling it was before cars were invented. Idk why the author just didn’t use carriages because those have a lot of 3D models.
