This is actually one of the few manhwas that actually scare me. I’ve read Dark Fall and that didn’t faze me because, even if the actions were extreme and people say it’s dark romance, and it is, I wasn’t scared or fazed.

I even read Placebo and while that disgusted me, I wasn’t ‘scared’.

We know that Jae isn’t the greenest flag and he’s not exactly showing signs of being a green flag currently but I think the direction we’re going, he might slowly be a yellow flag.

For the most parts, I don’t truly hate him yet after reading countless BLs that have worse red flags than Jaekyung, some of them are considered black flags that make Jaekyung look almost like a saint.

Anyways, let’s give Jae the benefit of the doubt. After all, Dan hasn’t given up yet on being cold and distant. That’s good.

Andante has shown signs of red flag early on. He’s always been manipulative and tactful. Most often times, he’s calculated his actions and the outcomes, including ‘using’ the MC.

Now, we finally see his real self when he lost control and practically pushed the MC away, choking him and finally fucking him for days until he’s sated.

I’m still wary of his actions when he’s being affectionate because it does seem exaggerated a little bit.

The ML is a black flag for sure

Wooyeon already brutally attacked that asshole for being a jerk to Inseob and literally murdered those random foreigners for assaulting Inseob.

Even if he isn’t your typical strong archetype for a “dominant” male, he showed he’s still resilient, strong and wise in situations he needed to be!

I love how despite his kind nature, he’s not weak-willed or is easily swayed by emotions. He’s mature, collected and actually reliable!

For once, we have an actually competent MC in a BL (after so long) that isn’t some kind of ‘dom bottom’ or anything alike. Not that there’s anything wrong with being large or beefy ‘bottom’.

But most oftentimes, Eugene’s body ‘stature’ is of that what you’d call a ‘twink’. Despite being a pretty ‘twink’, he’s not just useless and pretty. He’s pretty and useful!
