Tch he's totally not going to turn them down, I hate characters with no backbone they always end up someone's dog

um...I mean, it's true he is being pressured to join them this chapter, but it's mostly so that he doesn't come off as super rude to Hwa-rang? In Korea in general, it's hard to turn down someone's offer of going out, getting drinks, or anything social, especially if they're your senior. I'm assuming you say he has "no backbone" because he was forced to go on those missions before? Well, that's just the world of RPGs! Everyone hates it when they get stuck doing a mission they didn't want to because they happened to talk to a certain NPC.

Not bad the romance will be bad because it is and always will be, rarely find anything that actually sticks to proper romance other than that it's just constant tease and echhi stuff or fanservice which is why I despise anything with a romance tag unless I've seen actual proper romance So I guess I'll wait and see

Idiot do you really think just cause she's close t you shell be any different from those other nobles, they never change and never will your best just getting enough strength so that they can't touch you also it's kinda dull the novel isn't translated that much

Thing is, that will never happen in stories like these. There will always be stronger opponents that give problems. Otherwise the conflict would be gone and the entire manga would basically be over. Also, yea...he's way too naive. You can't expect someone that was brought up in nobilities culture to suddenly change and be more like a commoner. Sure Xia is much nicer than most nobles, but she's still a noble in the end. I'm actually surprised HE is surprised that the North Guardian Lord's house is pulling their weight around to go against him. Of course they'd do that. >_>
So let me guess...he goes on a journey to become stronger now? :P
It was great to start with but don't know about this anymore
