Okay so all those who love Asami and are jealous OK Aki......if it was you in place of Aki and you get to decide the story then how will it be?
Will it begin just like the original with the rape and all that or will it go differently( not that you can actually love a rapist in real life) will you still be a jornalist and after which plot will you, ahm, go to bed with Asami?

I would use Alisisrae's idea (below) about Asami kidnapping and seductively threatening/teasing Asami but ending it only with a kiss and a promise that if Aki steps into Asami's world,Asami will never let Aki leave. I would have Aki learn from past mistakes and be a ninja more often, but Aki would still get into trouble because he wants to help people and bites off more than he can chew (even when Aki is not as naive and easy to fool). I would have Aki stay a photo journalist of become an artistic photographer--but he either way, he would be sassy and edgy and hard to take advantage of. For Aki and Asami, the trust issues and slow building of the relationship would stay the same. The last few chapters (back in the penthouse) would stay the same.
No kidnapping or rape, just Asami trying to catch Akihito and jump to where Akihito sneaks into Club Sion. They can have sex there because that was consensual.

In this page at the last panel does Asami kiss Aki's head or are his lips just close to Aki' s head to make it look like that?

That's a good question, I thought about it too.. cuz when there is a kiss, it's usually written as a background effect "kiss".. but I'm not so sure...
Asami is moving his head in to whisper to Akihito ('don't make a sound') but I think we're definitely meant to see it as Asami brushing his lips against Akihito's hair in a secret kiss that Akihito doesn't notice. The bottom panel could be cut out and the next panel could just show the whispering - the story would be the same. But instead we've got the large cross page panel of Asami pausing for a moment with his lips brushing against Akihito's head before he speaks.

June translates it as "whump," which I took to be Akihito pushing Asami away.
If you look at the panels following (the position of Akihito's arm and body, what looks like some kind of fluid flying from Asami's face, and then Asami rubbing his lip), I think it's safe to assume that Akihito struck him.
The weird thing is the kana is different in the tankōbon than in the scan found here. Mine has the kana "don", which means "bang" or "boom", but the accompanying translation is "WHUMP!".
Huh, I hadn't picked up that Akihito had struck Asami, I'd thought he'd just shoved him away, but it seems from the sound effect that he did slap/ hit him.
