Are you new around here? Its because there's more than one version. The ones called [Officials] are official translation whilst the others are fan translations made before the officials came out. The officials always come later than fan trans and are often (but not always) better.

The 34.1 means that either the fan translating it will release 34 in two parts OR the artist only released one part.

why shouldn't they delete it? i mean the unofficial translation, cant they do that? and ty for answering

They do when the unofficial translation is particularly poor, but it's because the scanlation groups put a lot of time and care into providing us with nice things. Even if the officials come out later, sites like this are built upon the scanlation groups that do this just for others. Deleting them—when they're of a high standard—is really disrespectful to them.

And, like I said before, sometimes the officials are done lazily and actually the scanlation groups provide better and nuanced translation that better reflect the original intention. Keeping both up offers readers a choice of which version they want to read. (I actually tend to prefer scanlation versions)

It's not actually a problem to have both up, and if you pay attention to the chapter numbers up top you don't run into any issues. If you're new around here it might just be it's something you've yet to get used to, but no one else minds. In fact, I like that we have that choice.

So here's the thing.
Uploaders can ONLY remove THIER uploads that THEY HAVE uploaded.
Because if all the uploaders had the permission to remove uploads, there may be some uploaders who wuld exploit such power and remove other uploader's upload or steal or put up their own credit page.
The only possible way to remove unwanted or badly translation or repeated chapter uploads is by contacting mangAg0 and email them to remove them.
