Woo-Jin is not yandere type. He just truly loves Tae-Min and seriously needs to confirm something, he knows Tae-Min very well that's why he dares to use this method to test him.. Just be patient you'll sure love them both.
It's true that Min Woojin is an asshole. He doesn't give a crap about the original Siwon. He only started to care about Siwon after Siwon gave him Taemin vibes. So he started pushing Siwon/Taemin's buttons to make Siwon reveal who he really is but Siwon never gave in. You will see in the upcoming chapters. Like KyoZaNa said, both of them are really sweet and they have deep feelings for each other.
