how can nagato and ai's love be so pure?? Im not saying it's ONLY pure but the way nagato holds back because he knows what was done to Ai is pure. He knows and he understands. He wants to do the same thing but he doesnt want to be classified in the same category as those mofos who hurt someone he loves. I really love how Ai just admits to how he feels, not like other stories where uke keeps denying it. Ai is different because he knows he loves Nagato but there's this sense of debt he owes to the senior, that's why he cant just suddenly be with nagato. The senior really cares for Ai in a different way and lets Ai go by telling him to not be part of yakuza. Im glad he did.
This story is absolutely amazing. The way it was written and the way the characters develop is incredible. I've lost count of how many times i've read this and I will definitely read it again in the future.
Nagato destroying the lipstick that seniors used to mark Ai as a woman is so iconic. His feelings definitely reached Ai when he held back from kissing him because he doesnt wanna force Ai. Sex is really something you do together. And Ai is worth more than just sex to Nagato.

Albeit not from the get go since he didnt think of the consequences of his actions previously but ever since then he went out of his way to make sure Akiyama isnt lonely. Things like staying over and making sure to spend time with him, always reminding akiyama he loves him (specially during sex lol). Another A++ pairing. This take on omegaverse really hurts. I normally dont encounter much stories that goes down this path lol but honestly it made me cry. Like, not everyone is lucky enough to meet their fated pair. It's a really low chance in the omegaverse. But the thing is that a lot still fall in love regardless of being fated or not. I think it's super painful to let go of someone else when you chose to be with them. The bond that breaks when that person is gone looks really excruciating. Im still glad that the mc found his fated one even after he's lost someone dear to him. 4 years is not nearly enough to let go of someone you've formed a bond with. Must have taken a great deal of courage to move on from that.

This is still one of the best omegaverse stories out there. Their relationship feels so innocent but mature at the same time.
Their relationship is a mess. One has been a sex froend for 10 years and another an unrequited love for 10 years. They clearly could have made things clearer. Also, kitada doesnt need to be that reserved in the relationship. His attitude with trying to act as a mediator is just frustrating. Also, Nishimura is such a dumbfuck. No right to get jealous but should try to get along with everyone since he's the one who got in between a 10 year physical relationship.

-spolers- The concept of time travel here where you go back to a point when you regret the most (after you die) is really really intriguing! Just imagine how long a person lives just because of the things they regret. It must be painful to still have the memories of a different life but at the same time be grateful for another chance to change things.
They really take on responsibility differently. I dont know why i cried lol. I love seeing their story play out and seeing ai also become a part of their family as if ai was their kid lol. I really felt it when yukio told yamato to not become yakuza cause it feels like Yamato never had a choice. Hearing words like that really makes you feel like you've taken a breath after being underwater for a long time. It's not like Yamato wont become a yakuza just because yukio said not to but yamato really needed to hear those words from yukio.
