No.The author is different (you can look at the name, clearly) But the twins are really similiar to love stage, and some of the characters are too. It's just the style looks the same but not completely similiar(づ￣ ³￣)づ
I heard that the autor of of this manga used to be an assistant for another one of similar style. Not sure if the one from Love Stage or Princess Princess
It's the same artist under another name. Sensei uses "Tsuda Mikiyo" for shojo-works and "Zaô Taishi" for yaoi-works.
