I don't feel like this fit his character at all from the whole rest of this story. I feel this was the dust up the author came up with to be the obstacle for the lovers to overcome, but it made me intensely dislike Ed, who was my fav, and ruined the story for me personally.

Completely agree. Everyone needs to be held responsible for their own decisions in this story. Their is plenty of blame to share on ALL parties. But Ryan and Ed are very much trying to pile it all on McQueen which is wack. McQueen got just as exposed in that moment as Ed why not consider he also needed time to himself. Communication is a two way street especially in a relationship. McQueen could have been more empathetic but so could have Ed. At east McQueen is trying to right his wrongs, at least she has the balls to reflect and own up to his own shame. More than I can say for Ed or Ryan for that matter.
I suggest everyone go read the original translation group’s work on managadex. It’s much better and clearer to understand. It seems this person is trying to start drama because they were kicked out of the group. They knew the group had put a lot of time and effort into ch 54, so they rushed this chapter to get it out ahead of the group, that’s why it’s bad and sloppy. So go support the group!
