i love mangago as well as the next person but there is an app called webtoon where everything is free and the stories are litteral masterpieces. Seriously check it out, you can support the artist without paying or any ads.
If you use a computer or laptop you can add this extension called Ublock origin and it can block all adds even youtube adds so if that helps there you go, but yeah I agree mangago was the only one where I found that didn't take me to other places
