Whoa this is so good, definitely a hidden gem. I wonder who’s the guy in the cover then I realized that’s volume 7. Oof.

apparently there’s no romance in this story, maybe except the flashback on the husband and wife when they were young, but that just shows how they met and managed to get married. from there, it can be explained how the wife can be that cool and resourceful throughout the whole thing, they’ve overcame quite a challenge too just to be together.

Help, lately I’ve been reading almost all on-going Jump titles. I have high hopes in KnY since people hyped it anywhere. But I really get bored in chapter 60~. Everything seems so bland, it just doesn’t meet my expectation. Will it get better later? or perhaps it’s just not my taste. Genuinely asking cause I need something to read.

Tbh I know what you mean. I wasn't really into it during my first read through but after watching the anime my love for it rekindled and I definitely think it's better than I originally thought. Unlike most series this is one of those where I would probably recommend the anime overall, since this series definitely benefits from animation. Personally I would say that you should definitely watch the anime, but unless you really wanna know where the story is going then maybe don't read the manga.
Out of all manga (and webtoon) out there can't believe some people actually bitching about this one. This manga clearly doesn't potrayed seme and uke relationship as something cute and lovely. The uke is broken and the seme is his savior both in bad and good ways. Yes this is actually common in real life, adults taking advantage of children's trauma, and some cases ended in a horrible ways but in the end, relax! This one is a fiction, the uke we read here is not some pitiful children out there, whether we read or not, like it or not, your actions toward this manga does not make any difference in the real world. People die everyday. So just fap ~guiltlessly~ folks.
