They did spend time together tho maybe not as much as they were in highschool but still. The mc is not to blame its his family. How would the mc know that he is a psycho by spending time together i mean sangmin didnt share anything with him even in highschool when they were quite close.

The MC doesn't actually care about Sangmin as friends and that's why he didn't spend much time or have open convos with Sangmin.. aight I accept that Sangmin father is trash and so is his big brother but I still have a grudge of the MC

Yea but mc returned from past and had so many things to worry about. And sangmin even bullied him in his past life but he still befriended him and did not blame him for stuff that he did in the past. And mc has so many things to worry about his father, getting into college, not repeating his past mistakes, his wife, becoming a doctor etc etc and in that situation i dont think anyone can poke their nose into a friends family problems when they dont even give a hint about it.

I agree with this. I don't really understand why people blaming jihyun about sangmin problem. I don't hate sangmin ok? it's just i think, if i were the MC maybe i dont even want to be friends with him, like, sangmin bully him in the past and when he have a second life, in high school he almost bully him again, fortunately the mc become strong so can fight back

If you wanna hate or blame, just blame his father, he is really son of a bitch tbh, so dont blame jihyun, i know sangmin look pitiful, and i pity him too, but i dont think we have to blame mc for look like "ignorat". Plz even in high-school, sangmin put something in the tea he gave and if jihyun was even a few hours late, he would have DIED! DIED. and there wasn't even that much pressure on him like there is now cuz harm's brother was still alive. So sanguine was a gone case from the beginning.

Yeah his mom had a psychological disease or whatever but the main reason why he's super crazy with night terrors is because he killed our MC when he was supposed to go on a date and the person who originally brought back our MC from death the first time brought him back the second time and plagued sangmin with night terrors and constant nightmares

It's a choice to not take care of someone with mental health issues, if it's the cost of worsening your own mental health. (Sangmin's girlfriend as an example).
Jihyun is not ignorant nor an asshole because he is not obligated to take care of others and has the right to cut others out for the sake of his mental health.

while i do agree it is because of his environment that he ended up like this, i don’t see why mc has to be responsible for sangmin’s actions. i mean we all know he approached mc because he has ill intentions. hence the herbal tea. he became friends with mc because he’s curious as to why mc can defeat him and sangmin wants to ruin him.
