I was just thinking what if this is all just a dream that Mizuki is having, I might be thinking to much about this but at the same time it doesn't really make sense how he ended up in the Titan world also.
When Mizukis friend tells him to read a Story you can see Caius on the cover of the story maybe that's just a coincidence but I think that's really him.
Also back to the dream thing you know how I was saying maybe it's all a dream? You know how Mizuki was having all those fevers because of the fruit?.
